Digital Ingenuity hits all time high for single day call volume

On September 7th Digital Ingenuity handled more call volume than in any other single day.

WAYNE, PA – September 13, 2005 – Digital Ingenuity, Inc. the leading hosted IP PBX solution provider in the Northeast corridor hits a new all time for single day call volume on September 7th. This call traffic was closely followed by the second highest of all time on September 12th. The peak call setup and teardown rate peaked at over 500 per minute during the busy hour on these days.

"This increasing traffic is the result of new customers and increased call volume from our non-profit customers in the wake of hurricane Katrina," said Digital Ingenuity CEO Ivor Benjamin. Digital Ingenuity’s Chief Software Architect Scott Cashon added, "It was gratifying to see no degradation in performance nor reliability with this increased load.
