Digital Ingenuity upgrades call processing adding over 100 new features
Over the July 4th weekend, Digital Ingenuity updated call-processing system wide to Cisco
CallManager 4.1.3 enabling over 100 new features for DI customers.
WAYNE, PA – July 15, 2005 – Digital Ingenuity, Inc. the leading hosted IP PBX solution provider in the Northeast
corridor adds over 100 new features at no additional cost. Over the July 4th weekend, DI upgraded to Cisco
CallManager 4.1.3. This is feature-packed upgrade to Cisco’s IP PBX software, will help DI customers achieve new
levels of workflow efficiency. Version 4.1.3 provides a scalable, distributable, and highly available
enterprise IP telephony call-processing solution. Some of the most exciting features are: Call Coverage,
increased Call Depth, Barge & Privacy, enhanced Conference Calling, Abbreviated Dialing, time-of-day routing
and restrictions, Immediate Divert, forced authorization codes (FAC) and client matter codes (CMC) and
enhancements for Video Telephony.
